1. COLLECTION AND HANDLING OF INFORMATION

Melto Run does not intentionally collect personal information from players for ordinary Game use.

Players can enter a username and join the multiplayer server without creating a traditional account.

Players should not voluntarily provide sensitive personal information through usernames or multiplayer functionality.

2. USERNAMES AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Melto Run allows players to enter a username before joining the multiplayer server. The username may be visible to other players.

You are responsible for the username you choose. You should not use:

• Your password;
• Your home address;
• Your phone number;
• Your email address;
• Your school address;
• Government identification;
• Financial information;
• Another person's private information; or
• Other sensitive personal information.

You should also avoid using a username that intentionally impersonates TST Labs, another player, or another person or organization.

TST Labs may restrict or remove usernames that violate policy standards where technically possible and reasonably necessary.

3. CHILD SAFETY AND MINORS

TST Labs takes the safety of users seriously.

The Game may be accessible to users of different ages, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements. If you are a minor, you should use the Game with the knowledge and supervision of your parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether Melto Run and its online multiplayer functionality are appropriate for their children. TST Labs does not intentionally encourage children to provide personal information to other players.

Melto Run must not be used to exploit, abuse, threaten, manipulate, groom, or otherwise endanger children. Players must not use the Game to facilitate harmful or illegal conduct involving minors.

If you believe that a child may be at risk because of activity connected with the Game, appropriate action should be taken in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, relevant authorities.
