- Violate another person's legal rights; or
- Otherwise use the Game in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

4. USERNAMES
Super Monio Run allows players to enter a username before joining the multiplayer server.
The username may be visible to other players.
You are responsible for the username you choose.
You should not use:
- Your password;
- Your home address;
- Your phone number;
- Your email address;
- Your school address;
- Government identification;
- Financial information;
- Another person's private information; or
- Other sensitive personal information.
You should also avoid using a username that intentionally impersonates Crs Studios, another player, or another person or organization.
Crs Studios may restrict or remove usernames that violate these Terms where technically possible and reasonably necessary.

5. ONLINE MULTIPLAYER
Super Monio Run provides online multiplayer functionality.
The multiplayer feature requires an internet connection and communication with multiplayer servers.
Multiplayer availability may be affected by:
- Internet connection problems;
- Network failures;
- Server outages;
- Hosting-provider failures;
- Maintenance;
- Software bugs;
- Device problems;
- Platform restrictions;
- Security incidents; or
- Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Crs Studios.
Crs Studios does not guarantee that multiplayer functionality will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, conduct, communications, and use of the Game.
Crs Studios does not authorize, encourage, instruct, or approve illegal, dangerous, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
If you independently use Super Monio Run for an unlawful or harmful purpose, you remain responsible for your own actions to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms gives anyone permission to violate any law.

8. ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES
Super Monio Run must not be used to plan, coordinate, facilitate, encourage, attempt, or commit illegal activities.
Crs Studios does not authorize criminal conduct.
If a person independently uses the Game to commit, attempt to commit, plan, coordinate, encourage, or facilitate an illegal act, that person's conduct is their own responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crs Studios is not responsible for consequences arising solely from a person's independent unlawful or criminal conduct merely because that person used Super Monio Run or its multiplayer functionality.
Crs Studios may cooperate with lawful investigations and valid requests from competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

9. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PLAYER ACTIONS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crs Studios is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, harm, claim, consequence, or other result arising solely from a player's independent actions, decisions, conduct, misuse of Super Monio Run, or interactions with other players.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a player:
- Uses the Game for an illegal purpose;
- Misuses the Game;
- Violates applicable law;
- Shares personal information voluntarily;
- Chooses to communicate or interact with another player;
- Relies on information provided by another player;
- Is affected by another player's independent actions;
- Uses an inappropriate username;
- Uses unauthorized software;
- Uses cheats, hacks, exploits, or modifications;
- Attempts to attack or compromise the multiplayer server;
- Experiences loss of Game progress;
- Experiences temporary or permanent loss of access;
- Experiences problems caused by their device;
- Experiences problems caused by their internet connection;
- Experiences problems caused by third-party services; or
- Uses the Game for a purpose for which it was not intended.
This limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY FROM OTHER PLAYERS
Because Super Monio Run includes online multiplayer, players may encounter other people whose actions are outside the direct control of Crs Studios.
Crs Studios does not guarantee that every player will behave:
- Appropriately;
- Honestly;
- Lawfully;
- Safely;
- Respectfully; or
- Responsibly.
Players are responsible for deciding whether and how they interact with other players.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crs Studios is not responsible for consequences arising solely from the independent conduct of another player.

11. CHILD SAFETY
Crs Studios takes the safety of users seriously.
Super Monio Run must not be used to exploit, abuse, threaten, manipulate, groom, or otherwise endanger children.
Players must not use the Game to facilitate harmful or illegal conduct involving minors.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of online multiplayer features where appropriate.
If you believe that a child may be at risk because of activity connected with the Game, appropriate action should be taken in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, relevant authorities.
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal protections provided to children.

12. CHEATING AND UNAUTHORIZED SOFTWARE
You must not use:
- Cheats;
- Hacks;
- Bots;
- Unauthorized modifications;
- Exploits;
- Automation;
- Scripts intended to gain an unfair advantage; or
- Other unauthorized software.
You must not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the multiplayer service.
Crs Studios may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Game, players, or servers.

13. SERVER AND SECURITY ABUSE
You must not attempt to:
- Gain unauthorized access to servers;
- Attack Game infrastructure;
- Perform denial-of-service attacks;
- Circumvent security systems;
- Introduce malicious software;
- Steal or manipulate server information;
- Interfere with multiplayer functionality; or
- Exploit security vulnerabilities for malicious purposes.
If you discover a potential security vulnerability, you should report it to Crs Studios rather than exploiting it against the Game or its users.

14. GAME AVAILABILITY
Crs Studios does not guarantee that Super Monio Run will always be available.
The Game or multiplayer service may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Technical failures;
- Server failures;
- Hosting-provider problems;
- Network problems;
- Security incidents;
- Platform changes;
- Legal requirements; or
- Events outside our reasonable control.
Crs Studios may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature of the Game where reasonably necessary.

15. GAME DATA AND PROGRESS
Game progress, scores, usernames, server information, or other Game-related information may occasionally be lost because of technical failures, updates, server problems, security incidents, or other circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crs Studios does not guarantee permanent preservation of Game data or progress.

These third-party services may experience outages, changes, failures, or other problems.

- MULTIPLAYER SERVERS WILL ALWAYS BE ONLINE;
- THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE;
- THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE FREE FROM INTERRUPTIONS;
- GAME DATA WILL ALWAYS BE PRESERVED;
- OTHER PLAYERS WILL BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY;
- OTHER PLAYERS WILL BEHAVE LAWFULLY; OR
- THE GAME WILL BE COMPLETELY FREE FROM TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- A PLAYER'S OWN ACTIONS;
- A PLAYER'S OWN DECISIONS;
- A PLAYER'S MISUSE OF THE GAME;
- A PLAYER'S ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL CONDUCT;
- ACTIONS OF ANOTHER PLAYER;
- COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN PLAYERS;
- VOLUNTARILY DISCLOSED PERSONAL INFORMATION;
- USER-SELECTED USERNAMES;
- INTERNET CONNECTION FAILURES;
- DEVICE FAILURES;
- NETWORK FAILURES;
- SERVER OR HOSTING INTERRUPTIONS;
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES;
- CHEATS;
- HACKS;
- UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS;
- EXPLOITS;
- SECURITY ATTACKS BY THIRD PARTIES; OR
- EVENTS OUTSIDE THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF CRS STUDIOS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

20. NO ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE
Crs Studios does not make an absolute guarantee that nothing can ever go wrong while using Super Monio Run.
Online services involve technical, network, security, and human risks that cannot always be completely eliminated.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crs Studios is not responsible for consequences arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the independent actions of players or third parties.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

However, Crs Studios may restrict a username, device, connection, or other method of access where reasonably necessary to:

- Prevent cheating;
- Prevent attacks;
- Protect multiplayer infrastructure; or
- Enforce these Terms.

- Engages in unlawful conduct;
- Attempts unauthorized access; or
- Interferes with Game infrastructure.
Where required by applicable law, users may have additional rights regarding enforcement actions.
